I can do this in a day. My rate is currently $115/hr which doesn't matter since you're rich.
Several different options. The obvious being to put the brewery on the current T S and T location. Problem is we don't know when it will be torn down, what else will be put there, and how much would it cost to build/clean up? We cannot bear any cost in cleaning up the site. It would be too much money. Pros-It is on the river, easy access for trucks. Now the problem is that the land will probably already be claimed by the time I win the Powerball. I better get on this.
Buy the laundramat and renovate. Problems: How hard would it be to turn it into a brewery, what permits would we need to put a brewery in downtown Chester (as opposed to the TS & T site which not downtown? I have no fucking clue here), might not have enough space, Cohens would probably still randomly wander in and try to wash their clothes in our boilers.
Build where Dominos used to be (I could oversee it from home)-Problems-I think they want too much money for it, not enough space.
Old Memorial stadium-I have no idea what they are going to do with Oak Glen's old field but...Problems-See previous sentence, It's in Newell. Religious/Overzealous Alumni may protest a brewery being built there. Another location that has since had big news:
