Doug, I did get the joke and laughed. Thanks!

If I can expand on things learned as a sort of parent, be sure to remember the days where the kid actually likes you. It'll make the days where the kid hates you a lot easier. After age 12 they hate you more than Doug hates Jack Black. Unfortunately I only have two years of this to reference, so my life is just wonderful right now.
