While "dribble" might technically be the same or closely related to "drivel", I think "drivel" is the word your looking for in your article subtitle.

Buy the Kool Aid, Doug. The AP voters did. WVU ranked 16th and 19th in the AP. No reason for them to lose a BE game this year.

We (WVU Fans) are too cocky for our own good. We are not LSU or Alabama or even Boise State for that matter where we can just come out flat and still beat weaker conference opponents handily.
I want us to get there. I want us to be a top ten power every year, but the fact is we are just a top 15-20 team and and that's about it. We were getting there and then fucktard Rich Rod set us back 5 years.
Texts between me and Brad tonight.
Brad-"How is this possibe?"
Doug-"We always lose to a Big East team"
Brad-"But we are so (much) better than them. Although they are playing really well"
I feel bad using Brad's words against him, but i think its a good example.
We complain about not getting enough respect nationally, but I think we make up for it locally...We obviously haven't earned it in both arenas.

B/c he left? I don't blame him for setting us back 5 years I blame EP for hiring Gomer 'Bill Stewart' Pile while getting drunk after celebrating the Fiesta Bowl win. Had EP hired a Holgerson, what could he have done w/ a Pat White/Sanders/Devine offense?
Yes this loss hurts but look @ the standings. The only undefeated team in the standings is Cinci. There's a lot of season left.
