You don't have the fudge with the url anymore. Just use the new "youtube" button.
Take the original url and hightlight it. Then click the "YouTube" button on the toolbar.
Alternatively you can use the [ youtube ] tag. (Take out the spaces)
example:
[ youtube ]www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HrSN7176XI[ /youtube ]
old standard aspect:
[ youtube type=old ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=@#$@#$@#[ /youtube ]

I made changes to the youtube bbcode.
It now defaults to the wide aspect. If you want the old style, you need to format your tag with the "type=old" property.
[youtube type=old]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=@#$@#$@#[/youtube]
