YouTube links don't appear to show up when posted; then appear a while later. Are you editing them for each post? Is I done something wrong?

No, I think it's an issue with the forum when it first posts.
Update:
The only issue I found was from the "Reply" page where it uses the "flash" tag rather than the "youtube" tag. Other than that it seems to be working. If there is a particular scenario this happens, let me know.
Update 2:
It looks like it has something to do with https. When you're logged in, SSL (https) is enabled and the youtube video will not load. If you are not logged in, SSL is disabled so you are using plain old HTTP. I'll have to figure something out with this.
