I keep hearing we have 10-12 people going, but who is possibly going and who is confirmed?

So we are looking at 10 people going for sure (counting Will who has been known to break plans on occasion). The only other people who possibly may go are Ed Fink and Derrick Hart. So we are looking at a maximum of 12.

If we only have 10 people it would probably be wise to go back to this plan

Book 2 rooms at lower priced strip hotel for Thursday and Friday and keep 1 room for Saturday and Sunday. Plus booking the suite for Saturday. At this rate. The people staying only 3 days could have their hotel for around $100 - $110, while the people staying four days would be at around $125 - $135.

If we stick with the 4 nights at the suite that number jumps to around $225 - $250 per person.

My suggestion is that we move quickly to at least secure Saturday night at the Palms. This would require us to raise $659 plus tax to do that. We could wait til later to book the rest of the trip. I'm looking for feedback, so have at it....

Is it possible to book both the strip hotel for Thursday and Friday as well as the Palms for Thursday - Sunday and then cancel the strip hotel/refine the Palms based on the final head count?

I'd love to go but it's going to depend on if Kylee's plan to work/transfer @ Mylan Southpointe materializes. Until then, it's probably best to count me out.

Yeah, I think that is a possibility. I think as long as you cancel more than a week in advance you can. I can double check, although the policy probably depends on the hotel.
