This one is seasonal, but could still be done in conjunction with one of the other business ideas.
We start a lawn service business. We could try to get contracts for some of the local businesses. I know most already employ a service but we could always low ball them offers. Plus there are hundreds of old bastards who can't mow their own lawn and we can always get their business. We could get some Mexicans and some high school/college kids to work for us for next to nothing. Could be a decent money maker if we put our minds to it.

This market is already cornered. I know. I live in a nice flat residential area in town, with many old people with lawns. Trust me, it is already covered.
Plus I am at the point I'd rather pay someone to cut my grass than to cut more. I believe Mr. Brawny would rather suck a cock than to cut more grass.

We don't have to cut the grass. I wouldn't really want to do it either mainly because I am allergic to that shit. The idea is to hire people to do it. We would secure the business side of it.
