I just got back from the german beer house and it was excellent. from first sight it looks great. you walk in and immediately see where they brew the beer. it is very open for you to walk around and see how they operate. It is a big beer hall with hot women wearing those german outfits where their tits hang out and they have skirts. the beer was great, i tried 3 and will evaluate them below. it sits right on the river down on the south side by the cheesecake factory. for dinner i had the schnitzel pretzel sandwich(breaded pork cutlet on a pretzel with homemade bier cheese), potato bacon soup and apple strudel for dessert. i also sampled the bavarian cream pie (not a sex act). you do shots off of a ski, hence the name shotskis. you have to do them all at one time standing up where everyone can see you. the polka guy sings all night and interacts with the crowd when they don't have a musical act. the beer garden outside will not be finished until may sometime. we all need to get our asses up there.

HOFBRAU HEFE WEIZEN: KIND OF LIKE BLUE MOON WITHOUT THE ORANGE TASTE, A WHEAT BEER, IT SAYS IT SHOULD HAVE A BANANA/CLOVE TASTE BUT I DIDN'T GET THAT
HOFBRAU LIGHT: A MORE FLAVORFUL COORS LIGHT AT BEST, NOT MY FAVORITE
HOFBRAU DUNKEL: BEER OF THE NIGHT, DARK LAGER WITH GREAT TASTE. AT FIRST IT TASTED LIKE A CIDERY FRUIT ROLL UP, BUT LATER TASTED LIKE A KILLIANS LIKE BEER. YOU CAN DRINK THEM ALL NIGHT LONG IF YOU WANT

I'm not sure if they are unleashing it yet. Only been open 2 weeks and they said they were still working some kinks out, but maybe. We could call. I could go Thursday, but not Wednesday--sorry

I just called and they said their not doing a keg tapping tomorrow. I still want to go check the place out tomorrow though.
