Read the book by Dave Ramsey
The Total Money Makeover- A Proven Plan For Financial Fitness
This book was a great way to show how much you blow on stupid shit and how to stop doing that. It features how to get going, stay motivated and focused, and a retirement how to.
It is pretty simple stuff, but sometimes people dont realize how easy it is to save a little money-now and in the future.
