I think before we go any further with any business plans we should each post our expectations or how you envision this group business thing to work. So whoever wants to form a group business should post below what they want out of this.

I believe that everyone that decides to join us should be equal partners and whoever wants in should start at the beginning and not just jump in if the business becomes a success. When we agree to start a business I think each person must be in favor of starting the business. I also think that our business should not be limited to just one business at a time. Eventually we should think of creating a portfolio of businesses. That's just my thinking on this. I also think that the businesses we start in the beginning should be started without any bank loans or too heavy of an investment. I believe we start slow and build gradually. Most of this I am just stating the obvious, but that's what my thinking is like right now.

I think we should clearly define roles such as "Investor" and "Contributor".

• An investor would be contributing money to the business and get a return on investment.
• A contributor would be taking some of the workload of the business and get compensated for his/her efforts.

This gives a person two entry points into the business group. If somebody doesn't have a lot of money, but can contribute his/her time, they can be a contributor. On the flip side, if somebody has the money but not necessarily the time, they can be an investor. If an individual happens to have both, then they can be both.

Both ROI and Compensation would obviously depend on us making money.
