Cancelled Palms Place today and booked PH Towers 2 Bedroom Suite. Check it out here:

Here's the good part. I booked it over the phone and saved $403.20 over Palms Place, which is much better than expected. The rooms are similar with the same amount of sleeping area, plus a better location.
