All brands are basically the same, they either work or they don't. These are Rosewill brand which is Newegg.com's brand.
$2.99 - I bought 5 because you can never have enough HDMI cables. Also, they have 600+ reviews with a 5 egg rating. (PROTIP: Any time you buy something on newegg, sort by most reviews and you'll typically find the best product for the price)
