It's that time a year. What are you good at? What do you prefer?

I'm a chicken breast guy. Marinate that SOB in some hot sauce, soy sauce, mustard, & lime juice; and blaze it for 5 minutes on each side @ 500-degrees.

An odd one that I'm going to try...

French Onion Soup on the Grill:

Take a sweet onion and peel it. Cut a hole in the top of the onion, put either a chicken or beef bullion cube in and fill it with butter. Cover the rest of the onion with butter, wrap it in foil then throw it on the grill until the bullion cube dissolves. The onion falls apart and the butter and bullion make the broth.
