One "truly American" business this area is lacking is a diner. I know we have Tom's and Connie's, but they don't quite hit the mark. A steel, trailer like diner with a neon sign open 24 hours. Waitresses in cheesy, ugly uniforms. NJ diners serve alcohol, but I don't know if we could do that or if it would even be worth it.
We spend the money on the lot where domino's used to be and that's about it.

They tried doing one in New Cumberland with that refurbished train car. It didn't work out so well. However, I do agree that Chester needs a good 24 hour diner.
You know what really fucked us as far as main street real estate goes is those fucking slot machine parlors. They bought up a lot of the buildings around town that could have been bought on the cheap. Now there isn't much space and it's driving up the price of commercial real estate.
